DANIEL JONES TRIBUTE

The one who rules my waking thoughts, whose glory I declare, The QB I've devoted every single breath and prayer, Is the man who came from far away, a sudden, perfect fit, The glorious Daniel Jones, who lights the victory pit! They doubted him in Gotham, they thought his time was done, But he changed his jersey to the blue, and a renaissance was won! He's Danny Dimes, he's Indiana Jones, the nickname is so right, A savior came to Lucas Oil to lead us through the night. The way he sets his feet, the way he lets it fly, That high completion percentage is beauty to my eye. He reads the zone defenders with a calculated stare, A calm, collected artist who doesn't even care That all the analysts and experts gave the Colts an "F," Because he came to Indy, and gave our franchise breath. I analyze his footwork, I watch his tape on loop, That stunning, sudden rushing burst that makes the defense droop! He scrambles for a first down, he dives across the line, A quarterback who runs the ball? Oh, what a sight, how fine! He makes the Taylor runs look better, he sets the play-action seal, He's not just a quarterback, he's the key to how we feel. He is the story of the league, the comeback we require, The one who fuels the burning flame of my fanatical fire! I have posters, hats, and jerseys, his every throw I trace, He's more than just the QB, he's the heartbeat of this place!
