iPhone 17 preorders

Afternoon all! I preordered my iPhone 17 pro max through One NZ the day after the presale went live. My partner preordered the day after me, he got his two weeks ago. I still haven’t received mine or had any updates on my phone, I have attempted to contact them multiple times and keep getting the same unhelpful answer.

Is anyone else in the same boat? Does anyone have any info as to why it’s taking so long?
