My dog has to have her remaining teeth removed

I was told last week (after a different surgery!) that my pup’s remaining teeth (she’s got about 8 left after getting many pulled 2 years ago) will need to be removed. She had still been getting by with the teeth she has eating solid kibble, but I’m guessing those days will now be gone. Seeking advice on moving her to a soft foods diet. What kinds of foods are available out there? What’s an economical way to do this, can I make her foods? Just want to be sure she’s still getting everything she needs. I’ll also mention I’ve got a 1, 3, and 6 year old and my wife and I both work full time so time is a premium even for cooking meals for us right now…
