Help! 27F $1800 budget

Hi there! I saw this subreddit is active, and while I have scrolled this page relentlessly, I’m looking for more specific advice and hoping you all could help me! I am moving to Atlanta for work from a small town. My budget is $1800/month base, but would love to stay a bit lower. I’m open to a studio or one bedroom apartment. I’ll be working in Midtown. But my big criteria is that the apartment be safe!!! I’m unable to visit the area and tour in person before I move, so that’s why I’d love your help. I tried using an apartment locator, but they seem to be pushing certain buildings that don’t seem to get the greatest reviews (not sure if that’s common). If anyone has any specific advice or personal experience, I’d love anything you’ve got. Thanks everyone!
