Paranoid abt a miscarriage

There’s absolutely no actual symptoms for me to fear at the moment, but it’s about 8:30 where I am right now, I’m (f22) a FTM and 22 weeks pregnant and I just had an extremely emotional day. Started with a horrible sleep, forgot to tell my husband I made him lunch and was so upset that he wasn’t gonna eat it (I made prime rib roast and was so excited to let him eat it cuz he missed dinner last night) so I brought it to him. Before that I threw up 3 times due to nausea. I got back home and tried to sew some of his pants which I was so happy to do as a surprised till I realized I was doing the wrong stitch and got frustrated and gave up, I tried to nap for 3.5 hours and just couldn’t get totally asleep due to a multitude of things. Then to top it off, I found a massive bag of chicken wings that somehow escaped the freezer and was rotting and my poor baby kitten had been picking through. I live on a farm, and so I went to drive the chicken to the garbage (it’s a far walk atp), only to have it leak all over my fabric car seats and now my car smells like rotting meat. Anyways, after all this I had a huge mental breakdown like screaming and crying and shaking cuz I was just so fed up and frustrated with myself. ANYWAYS, I’m saying all this because it’s about 8:30 where I am and this is usually around the time my baby is extremely active, and I’m starting to get paranoid that I did something wrong and maybe stressed my baby out too much and maybe they’re distressed or possibly gone. Idk what to think and I’m still so exhausted but I just wanted to see if anyone can give me any positive advice at all because I’m so done with this day and I’m just nervous at this point.

TLDR: stressful day leading to nervous feelings about my baby not moving at all, when around this time in the evening they are very active. Did I do something wrong?
