[Question] Returning co-op moving from 5 → 6 – salary & negotiation advice?

I’m a returning co-op and will be moving from level 5 to level 6 in a tech role. I recently applied to a different team internally.

I wanted to ask a few things to better understand what to expect: • What kind of salary range have you seen for level 6 tech positions? • For internal moves like this, is the offer generally negotiable, or is it mostly fixed?

I’m just trying to make sure I go into the conversation prepared and know what’s realistic market rate. Any insight or recent experiences would be super helpful.
