Medical certicate accepted/ then ask for more information.

Hi i had a medi al certificate accepted received the letter in my inbox. The next day i received another letter basically asking for diagnosis and prognosis. I called them and was told its all coded in and is accepted. The customer service person could not understand why i got the second letter. He said it all looks good at their end. Should i call again?
