Am I getting a good deal on Walther PDP?
I am buying my first nice handgun, a Walther PDP from someone I know. He upgraded to a nicer full steel Beretta or cz I can't remember , and is selling me he 4.5 full sized PDP non threaded barrel with 3 magazines and a holosun for 600 flat, I can't remember the exact name of the holosun but I remember looking it up and it runs about 230ish. He hardly shot it and takes very good care of his guns.
Is this a good gun and is this a good deal? I know I'm on the Walther reddit so I'm sure there's some bias but I assume y'all will have the most experience with it. I hear lots of good things about it but everyone and I mean everyone says it has bad recoil for a full sized pistol, the whole point of me wanting a full sized handgun is to have a big easy to shoot handgun compared to my bersa bp9cc. I also looked it up and the PDP only weight a few more ounces than my bersa, but it's almost twice as big.
So for those who have one, how does it feel? Does the PDP feel good? Is the recoil really that bad compared to everything else? Being as light as it is, does it feel cheap? Is 600 out the door a good deal? I'd love any input, thanks y'all!
