HIFU, Jawtox, Mesolipo & Barbie Arms; are they worth it?

Please vouch if these are good procedures? I’ve seen a 12k package for HIFU + Jawtox + Mesolipo combination (1 session only) since you would be needing another session after 6-12 months na yata? I just want to get rid of my big jaw (since mej boxy yung jaw area ko + my double chin)

For Barbie Arms naman, its just so hard for me to lose weight as I grow older. Still on my mid 20’s though. Please recommend procedures for me! :)
