velocicoaster front row line !!

hi!! i was hoping someone might be able to answer my question. i’ve been to universal and ioa a couple times and ride velocicoaster every single time. it’s my favorite attraction there. and i always see a separate staircase and line being used for the front row but never know how to get to that specific staircase. can someone tell me where it is and how to get to it? i’ve only gotten front row once but that was because the front row queue was closed and i simply asked, it was right before the park closed. thank you so much for the help!
