Extreme Audio and Gameplay bugs [KCD2]

Hello so I installed the game via Steam and after maybe 3 hours in the audio started to bug crazy and at the same time the controlls bugged too.

I saw another post where it said to change the game language, but even after doing so it maybe helped for 30 mins before bugging again, its literally unplayeblelike this.

Anybody have a solution?
