Business vs Creator Fund

So I have a business and when I signed up for TikTok I signed up for a business account. But now I am realizing I won't be able to get the same traction others are getting. While I can go live with less than 1k Followers it seems like its taking me forever to get over the hump.. Which is better? I did put some earrings to sell in my shop but I would rather make money doing content creation.. what do you think?
