What do you sell, and does it actually help anybody?

I dont have anything to sell or links to promote. I'm curious about what sort of things the community is building, and if there's actually real value to them. I see lots of posts/ newsletters trying to sell things and was wondering if there's anything of value.

If it's alright, can you please share what inspired you to build your digital product, how long it took to build, and how many have used it so far as well? And how many have thanked you or said something nice/ left feedback saying it helped them?
