Loan for employees?

We’re thinking of opening a personal loan scheme for our employees (we only have two regular). They’re both very effective sa work, reliable, trustworthy and have been with us for years. Yung isa ay single mother of four na magkakaroon ng college na anak sabay-sabay. Yung isa ay panganay na breadwinner. Iniisip nila pareho na mag-SSS loan.

We’re thinking na less than a year na terms lang tapos i-match ang interest ng SSS. There will of course an agreement and SD siya. May business owners ba dito with a similar experience?
