moving back after two years

im moving back to PSL after living in utah for two years and im just like. wondering whats changed? it sounds like its becoming a big city instead of the small sleepy retirement town i remember it to be like when i was younger. what fun things are there to do with friends and stuff like that? im 21 if that helps.

is it more city-like now? im used to living in salt lake city where everything is everywhere so im wondering if psl is like that now.

also how is the doctors and stuff? im chronically ill and will need to find multiple new doctors and im hoping i can find some in the city.
