mid-Nov Weather For Paro, Thimphu, Bumthang & Gelephu

Hope you're all doing well :)

I'm travelling this mid-Nov to Bhutan, and to the following major cities: Paro, Thimphu, Bumthang & Gelephu.

May someone could advise me the avg. range of temperature (in °C) and the humidity?

I looked up multiple online resources and seems like it's quite a large range within the same city (e.g. Bumthang - one website said 13-24°C, another website said -1°C - 10°C)

Would appreciate your insights. Many thanks!
