Weird whistle in AirPods with ANC/Transparency mode

Hey, I’ve noticed a high-pitched whistle in my AirPods, but only when ANC or Transparency mode is on.

It happens on either AirPod, and if I cover one completely with my hand, the whistle plays for a few seconds.

Anyone else get this? Is it normal or a hardware thing?😬😐
