Understanding the Kitchen and Time of Day (help/question)

Many JITB are 24 hours and the app item descriptions always make something sound delicious like the Scrambler all time of day. However, when I get burgers for breakfast they seem microwaved. Breakfast for lunch or later, same. 2 tacos usually good all the time. Had a super hot and crispy spicy chicken about 4pm.

What's the best way to order and time of day and who can share some inside info on how the food is prepped or kept in warmers va fresh.
