anyone have a type of transcription plugin that you can use for Windows? For group recording, in TTRPG?

I am trying to GM a TTRPG, however I suck, and would love a type of transcription that can record us all, and then transcribe it into a note. Does any plugin do that in real time? I have tried Whisper, and also Vox, however when trying them, it keeps giving an error saying that the plan is not included.
