Got scammed on both tor2door and vicecity marketplace

I tried to get into those two markets and buy some credit cards and banck accounts, but when i registered in those markets, it asked for funds to be able to browse freely, so i sent bitcoin to vicecity and xmr to tor2door deposit wallets and none of them showed on my accounts, for tor2door, it asked for verification of the wallet and provided a pgp signature, and when i tried to look it up on openkeychain, nothing showed. And for vicecity market, when my funds were gone, i tried to reach out to the customer support, but when i clicked on it, it just took me back to the login page and when i logged in, the same process repeated. Please i need help to reach a vendor and buy some goods.
