PH Ricoh owners - have you tried availing warranty services for cameras bought outside the PH?

Currently in india and tempted to buy a GR III from Amazon. Price is way less compared to buying it in store in PH malls

Wondering tho how the treatment is for warranty services since it's not from an official local distributor? Wanted to confirm based off of first hand exp 🥲
