How good is C2 Raiden as the electro battery for Flins?

So yeah just I said , just built my Flins, got some insane artifacts but then noticed that he has literally zero energy recharge. Can a 300 er Raiden work as a solo battery for him? She even boosts Elemental burst damage through her skill which can help flins. I am running Flins, sucrose c6 , aino(c6 with favonious). For the notice I do have a c6 fishel , but I just don’t like playing her so wondered if Raiden can work as a better battery.
