Is there a cardiologist in here that can shed some light on my ECHO results?
28y/o M, 235 lbs, hx of hypertension, sleep apnea, diabetes. just had an echo done because an ekg in the ER showed signs of LVH. I had an echo done 2 years ago and heart dimensions were normal. Now it says I have moderate concentric lvh. Is it reversible and does it cause any symptoms like shortness of breath for no apparent reason? Just trying to be positive about the finding and doing whatever it is in hopes of being able to reverse it if possible. Please help. Thank you.
