OS, AB ? Need informations

Hi fellows !

So, I'm a french citizen and i got my stcw basics and eng1 last year through a yachting agency, now i'm rather looking for merchant/fishing/offshore ship and i have really no idea through what i have to pass by, i called my agent to ask info about getting my ordinary seaman and/or seaman book and she said that she had no idea because it is not a common yachting credencial (i doubt it but ok).

What should i do ? I have no miles yet because i worked only on shore for maintenance/handyman stuff last summer. I'm currently located in Norway (I was here looking for deck position but it seems way harder than expected, i'm ready to move around if needed to get more experience ....)

Thanks in advance for all your advice !
