Bed bound
I went on a hike with my husband and the next morning I was only a little dizzy. I arrived at work and proceeded to continuously vomit. I have been in bed since 10:30am yesterday. Everytime I lift my head the room violently spins and I become nauseous. I can’t lift my head up long enough to punch in my password for my laptop to watch a movie. My husband bought me gatoraid and I took one little sip that turned my stomach so bad I threw up.
So what am I supposed to do? Miss work, lay in bed for days, hope and pray it goes away?
This is horrible. What makes it worse is that there are no visible symptoms other than my eyes moving back and forth rapidly following the walls of my room. So to people who’ve never had it before, it seems almost made up.
I’m afraid to get up, go to my kitchen and make something to eat. I’m afraid to use the bathroom. I’m afraid to get up to feed my dog or let him outside to potty.
This is a living nightmare.
