Question about street shopping??

I have been walking around the streets of Hanoi looking at all the jerseys and shoes. Most of them are not even made in Vietnam and are not of the best quality as well, I am pretty much assuming these are not the replicas? Are the replicas hard to find??

And about shoes, Bitis and Ananas seem good options for local footwear. Are there any better recommendations for Vietnamese streetwear shoe brands??
