[Hiring] Operations and Marketing Assistant. Rate: TBD

We’re looking for an Operations and Marketing Assistant to support our growing  operations. The role is mostly virtual and offers flexible hours, with occasional in-person meetings or tasks in Makati as needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide general administrative support for online systems and tools and assist in managing and optimizing daily virtual business operations

- Support digital marketing initiatives, including affiliate programs, content coordination, and campaign tracking

- Operation Monitoring and Reporting 

Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal English communication

- Proficient in online tools and platforms, or eager and quick to learn new systems. Experience with digital campaigns or affiliate marketing is a strong plus

- Someone that is coachable, and a self-starter with initiative; able to work independently with minimal supervision
