Windows 11 screen flicker/losing focus when clicking in games

Hello i just got a new laptop a Lenovo ideapad with windows 11 on it
i installed some games like Minecraft and Silksong but whenever i left click on my mouse or my touchpad the taskbar shows for a split second and also the desktop. If i press too many times or too fast the games crash. This doesn't happen when I'm in a browser or something. This happens when im either fullscreen or windowed in the game. I dont know how else to explain the problem but its like its losing focus on the window and trying to alt tab to the screen behind the window. I asked chatgpt to help and i did these steps that did not help
✅ Turned off “Optimizations for windowed games” in Windows settings

✅ Set each game’s .exe to Disable fullscreen optimizations

✅ Restarted Windows Explorer and Desktop Window Manager (dwm.exe)
✅ Disabled all overlays (Steam, Discord, GeForce Experience, Xbox Game Bar, VPN, etc.)
✅ Tested both touchpad and external mouse — same issue

✅ Tried different display resolutions and refresh rates

✅ Updated and reinstalled GPU drivers
I dont know how to record the problem but if anyone is willing to help ill be glad to try
