Perfect — this one’s cinematic and violent, but you’re right to keep it Reddit-only given how AO3 and Patreon already host it fully and more flexibly.

Here’s your Reddit-ready version, formatted for r/kof readability while keeping your cinematic rhythm and spacing intact:

Scene 1: “No.”

Location: Syndicate Compound – Forward Warehouse District, Midnight

(The city’s edge is quiet. Sodium lamps buzz and flicker. The compound sprawls across cracked asphalt and towering warehouses — a fortress of stolen cargo, drugs, and weapons. Tonight, more than a hundred mercenaries patrol, boots on concrete, radios hissing, weapons slung. They laugh between shifts. They feel untouchable.)

Then silence. The generators hum. A faint breeze whispers.

The first explosion comes surgical — a fuel tank bursting into flame. The second hits a watchtower, collapsing steel into sparks. The third and fourth ignite in perfect rhythm, detonating two more depots. Fire roars across the skyline. The ground shakes under shockwaves.

Panic erupts instantly. Radios crackle, shouts fill the dark.

> Mercenary 1: What the hell was that? Who’s here—?
Mercenary 11 (shouting): Explosions—west wing’s hit!
Mercenary 12: Contact—check the perimeter!
Mercenary 1 (through radio): Perimeter breach! Repeat, perimeter breach—!
Mercenary 23: That wasn’t random—those charges were placed!
Mercenary 36: Command, what’s going on?! Boss—!

(No answer. The command office is already ash. Inside, the syndicate boss sits slumped in his chair, chest scorched through, eyes wide and empty. His guards lie piled around him — broken, burned, silent. The alarms hadn’t even blared before they were gone.)

> Mercenary 10 (hissing, pale): He’s dead… Boss is dead—
Mercenary 5 (voice cracking): Dead? No, no, that’s impossible—
Mercenary 48 (low, fearful): It’s the Ghost… I told you, it’s real—
Mercenary 37: Shut your damn mouth! That’s just a myth! There’s no Ghost—just men! A hit squad! Find them, kill them!
Mercenary 48 (panicked): Then where are they?! WHERE?!

Unease spreads. The name hangs unspoken. NESTS.

For decades, whispered in smuggler taverns and corporate boardrooms alike — an invisible syndicate, a machine that erases rivals whole. Some insist it’s armies, satellites, fleets. Others claim it’s just one man. None of them know for sure.

(The compound devolves into chaos. Floodlights sweep, shadows lurch, boots thunder. But over it all — footsteps. Slow, calm, measured. Too steady. Too deliberate. They echo down corridors where no one should be.)

> Mercenary 40: There—behind the smoke! Movement!

(Mercs aim rifles, firing into smoke and steel. Nothing. Lights flicker out. The footsteps shift. One corridor closes behind them, another explodes ahead. Someone unseen is guiding them.)

They’re herded — panic-driven — into a wide bay. Fifty survivors packed into one place, thinking it’s safe.
They don’t realize they’ve been led.

(The smoke shifts. From the dark, a figure emerges — jacket dark, one hand in his pocket, boots silent on steel. His face half-lit by fire, white hair stark, glove faintly glowing red.)

His name... is K’.

The mercenaries freeze. Some raise rifles. Others stumble back.

> Mercenary 9 (whispering): That’s… one man…
Mercenary 10: One man killed the boss?!
Mercenary 11 (desperate): OPEN FIRE!

(K' moves before the first trigger is pulled. He’s fast — too fast to see clearly.
Elbows smash throats. Knees crush ribs. Fists break jaws. Every motion is final, efficient. Silence follows him like a second shadow.)

Ten men fall in under twenty seconds.
The survivors panic, fire wildly — muzzle flashes tearing the dark.

(K’ flickers. One moment he’s in front, the next he’s gone — his body glitching, dissolving into smoke. He reappears beside them. Then behind. Blackout.)

They scream. Shoot each other by mistake. K’ cuts them down in silence.

> Mercenary 6: The hell is he—?!
Mercenary 13: He’s phasing!
Mercenary 14: It’s some tech! Keep shooting—!

(Throats crushed. Spines snapped. Rifles broken mid-trigger. Smoke thickens with cordite and fear. Twenty more drop.)

> Mercenary 15: He’s too fast!
Mercenary 16: Bring the explosives!
Mercenary 17 (pulling pin): GO TO HELL—!

The bay erupts. Fire tears through steel.

K’ snaps his right glove open. Flames ignite.

🔥 Ein Trigger.

Flames engulf the bay, throwing men and metal alike.

🔥 Second Shoot.
A fireball launched with his feet, detonating rifles and grenades alike.

🔥 Second Shell.
Arcs of fire control the chaos, every motion exact.

> Mercenary 18: That fire—Kusanagi’s fire—no, it’s wrong—
Mercenary 19: It’s not him! It’s something else—!

(K’ doesn’t answer. He compresses flame into his glove — a pillar of red heat. He clenches his fist once.)

🔥 Heat Drive.

A blinding surge. One explosion.
The bay folds in half.

And then — dead silence.

Ash drifts through broken beams. Fifty men down.
Only K’ stands — glove smoking, breath steady. His hand trembles once. He exhales. The humanity buries itself again.

> Comms (cold, from NESTS): Subject K’. Status report.

(K’ exhales, eyes cold. He speaks once, flat, absolute.)

> K’: No.

The line cuts.
The compound burns.
K’ turns, hand in his pocket. Steps fade into smoke.

Blackout.

Nothing remains but fire and silence.
