Covid induced UTI Symptoms

Nec Info: Male Mid 20 's, History of Covid this past week, History of 1 UTI years ago. No other bladder history. (No previous pain, nor other issues)

So I caught covid this past week. To my knowledge it was my first infection. Tested positive and had stereotypical symptoms (high fever 102, headache, cough, congestion)

At this point my symptoms are 95% gone with mild cough lingering and some fatigue. Fever broke around day 4 without returning above 99.0 since

Noticed new bizarre bladder symptoms between day 4 and today day 8 since first testing positive. At first it was just cloudy urine, thought i was dehydrated or had to much salt from sports drinks so increased water.

That helped but noticed increasing burning sensation during urination, like hard to describe like a tingling in the urethra, almost tickle. With weak stream and smaller urine output. And mild lower belly pain off and on.

The symptoms improved for a day or so, but now came back with a vengeance this morning. Where the burning in the urethra lasts some time even after urination. along with the cloudy urine, weak stream and smaller output. No belly pain currently

Will this pass on its own? Do I need to start antibiotics? Is this associated with covid? Can I flush it out with more water? What the heck did covid do to my bladder? Thanks.
