💰 The Great California CCW Illusion — Enemies in Public, Partners in Power 💰

Look closely at the image above. You’ll see Attorney General Rob Bonta in a polished suit, shaking hands with Sheriff Chad Bianco, the self-proclaimed “constitutional sheriff.” Between them, the Constitution lies torn, and a CCW application marked with a dollar sign glows under a smoky spotlight — because that’s what this whole charade has become: a pay-to-play scheme wrapped in a performance of political theater.

They tell you they despise each other.
They say they’re on opposite sides.
But when it comes to violating your rights and controlling your ability to protect your family, they suddenly become the best of friends.

🎭 A Political Feud That’s Pure Theater

Publicly, Chad Bianco loves to posture as the bold rebel sheriff standing up to Sacramento’s overreach. He’s gone on camera multiple times saying that Rob Bonta makes his job harder, that the Attorney General releases criminals and undermines law enforcement.

But watch what happens when the cameras stop rolling.
When VALLEJOS v. BONTA & BIANCO landed in federal court — a case that exposes the unconstitutional nature of California’s “may issue” CCW process — both men magically united under one legal banner.

Suddenly, the supposed enemies were co-defendants, shoulder-to-shoulder, fighting to preserve the same broken system that strips Californians of their rights.

They filed joint motions.
They shared state attorneys.
They spoke with one voice — the voice of control and self-preservation.

⚖️ The Hidden Alliance

Rob Bonta, the state’s top prosecutor, has even launched civil-rights investigations against Bianco, acting like he’s holding him accountable. But dig deeper and it looks less like justice — and more like a cover-and-protect routine designed to keep citizens distracted while the real deals happen behind the curtain.

Your case, VALLEJOS v. BONTA & BIANCO, exposes how this unholy alliance operates: when someone challenges the pay-for-permission CCW machine, both the sheriff and the state lock arms, spend taxpayer money, and use every legal trick to keep their monopoly alive.

And the irony?
They’re using the same racist gun control laws from the 1800s and early 1900s — laws originally written to disarm freedmen, immigrants, and the poor — as “historical analogues” to justify their violations today.

The very legal precedents that once kept Black Americans, Latinos, and working-class citizens defenseless are now being weaponized to deny every modern Californian their right to bear arms, even after the Supreme Court’s Bruen decision made those laws unconstitutional on their face.

So when Bonta and Bianco claim they’re “following history,” remember: that history was written in discrimination, and it’s being used again to strip away your modern-day freedoms.

💸 The Pay-to-Play Ecosystem

It doesn’t end there. The California Rifle & Pistol Association (CRPA) and other so-called “gun-rights” groups have deep financial and personal ties with issuing agencies like Bianco’s office. Watch their videos — they always reference Riverside County. They always push out-of-state permits connected to that region.

Why?
Because it’s their golden goose.

They’ve admitted publicly to having “a monetary relationship” with Bianco’s department and don’t want to “spoil it.” That’s not advocacy — that’s a business partnership dressed up as freedom-fighting. And the proof? It’s already out there in the receipts and emails you’ve posted — evidence that turns the political feud into a rigged stage play, where everyone gets paid except the citizen who just wants to exercise a right without begging or paying tribute.

🔥 The Truth Hiding in Plain Sight

The system they built thrives on illusion. It needs division to distract you. It needs conflict to look legitimate.
But once you trace the money, the power, and the legal coordination, you realize it’s not a feud — it’s a franchise.

They all profit off the same unconstitutional machine — Bonta, Bianco, and the organizations that claim to fight them.
And when that truth becomes undeniable, their carefully rehearsed performance begins to collapse.

VALLEJOS v. BONTA & BIANCO isn’t just a lawsuit — it’s the spotlight cutting through the smoke, revealing that the so-called enemies on stage are really partners backstage.
The act is ending. The people are waking up.
