My account was canceled out of the blue...

I've been a subscriber for years, all of a sudden my subscription is canceled yesterday with no warning. I reached out to costumer service and they said there's nothing they can do and they cannot give me the old pricing plan back. That it wasn't a mistake on their end and that now I have to pay the new member price. I think it was done on purpose. Has anyone else had this happen to them since the price increase?

Just wondering if it's just me.
