Getting hard by someone I can’t tolerate. Happens with you guys?

Have a colleague at work. She’s in Legal and a complete bitch to work with. Always obstructing and I’m always in fights with her. But man she gets me hard and I don’t know why. She’s isn’t even hot but has something which gets me rock hard. Do you have guys have similar stories?
