Officially lost Disney+

So to start I had the 5G Play more unlimited plan. The only reason I didn’t get a new phone this year was because of the included Disney, Hulu, espn and Apple Music.

Well I went to use Disney yesterday and it said for me to log out, upon logging back in it asked me which plan I wanted to subscribe to.

Contacted Verizon and they said that the perk was removed because that promotion was only available to “new customers” like I’ve had this perk for 5 years what do you mean? I still have Apple Music but they removed the Disney. I even had a screenshot from last month showing the perk “included in your plan” which is now gone.
