Is the 4.3 V6 in a 2010 Chevy Truck reliable?

Sorry I know absolutely nothing about trucks, but am a car guy nonetheless. Helping my family buy a cheap used truck to haul stuff. Is the lowly 4.3 V6 4X4 in a 2010 Chevy regular cab long bed truck relatively reliable? What about the rest of this truck. Thank you in advance for sharing your knowledge, really appreciate it.
