NEET aspirant
I’m a first-year dropper preparing for NEET 2026. I study online and recently joined an offline test series in Kolkata. I often find it hard to stay consistent, Sometimes I end up running behind making notes instead of giving time to solving questions, and I know that’s not the right way. Sometimes I scroll through my phone to distract when I feel depressed or to escape the feeling or thought of "i can't do it" at times, it sucks, and then i feel guilty because time is running fast. I have zero friends to talk to. Total zero social life, basically isolated. Even though I study, it feels like maybe I’m not doing it efficiently. I compare myself with others and feel behind and so on... This feels like my last chance to prove myself to my parents, and the pressure is heavy, which makes me overthink a lot. It's October already and i just kinda feel a bit lost right now and don’t know how to make my prep more efficient. Bruh how to deal with it and keep myself on track? Has anyone else gone through this? If anyone has advice, strategies, do share, i'd be grateful. Thankyou.
