How to deal with this situation?

So basically, matched with this girl in 2023, kept texting, eventually faded out and just remained as mutual followers till last week. One sunday, I was near her house and just texted her out of the blue to link up not expecting much, she said yes she is free to meet and we met up. And dude, this girl was so fun istg, we had similar music taste, sense of humor and we hung out for 4 hours, didn't kiss as I didn't want to seem pushy and didn't want to ruin any chance I might have. I dropped her home and she said lets meet in a couple of days. Next day, I found out she was sick, sent her meds and vicks lol just as a good gesture, but no communication except sharing reels etc, I asked her yesterday if she was okay, she said yes, so I asked her to meet, she said she has plans w her friends, I was like, alright. I asked her again today, and she said she is tired and used up all her "social battery" when she met her friend yesterday (ik, she's clearly not interested)

The worst thing, I actually like her, 4 hours went by in a flash w her, but, ik because I have seen her exes and they are much better looking and in much better shape than me. I am not asking for any sympathy lol, ik I need to be in better shape, but god, I enjoyed being w her so much and I have never had these feelings for a girl in the past few years. I just have to accept it and move on, I am not asking her a third time, I just wanted to write this out somewhere to yk get rid of my thoughts, and what better way than to write it here, and hearing everyones 2 cents.
