Have LAC and ANRO stock, but it’s always losing rather then gaining

I recently purchased LAC and ANRO stock, but it keeps dropping, I’m wondering if it’s better to sell now and invest in Eli Lilly/SoFI? BBAI is up today but I feel strangely hesitant to even hold it

LAC I invested $11, the current value is 8.94, with the stock purchase price is 7.94, I’ve lost 2.58 or -23.53%

ANRO I invested 21$, current value is 16.09, and current share price is 5.88, I’ve lost 4.82 or -22.94

Are those more of long term holds? Or should I take the loss and just sell?
