AMS 2 not loading filament to the hub

This started this morning. I put a new reel into slot 1 and it refused to pull it more than 3 inches past the AMS 2 but before the hub. The motors on the AMS 2 did a almost a vibrating back and forth motion but barely moved the filament in any direction. The tube is clear all the way to the extruder but no matter what slot I use or what filament I use, it gets stuck in the same spot.
