Need help with AI tools

Hi I am looking to create UGC videos. But I want to explore the AI tools. My brand is about experimental wear clothes in the space of athleisure, if any one can help me with the right tools, it will be of great help. Also my budget is around 2K per month. Also since my pricing is little premium, The video quality I would prefer will be also premium in nature, with mostly descriptive videos where the model describes the design, style etc.
