Pixel Watch 4 availability in India?

I am excited to buy the new pixel watch 4 but google store India is showing "Get notified" for the watch. I read on the google blog that device will be in stores on Oct 9th (It's already 10th at time of this post). Any idea on when will it be available? Any other regions where the watch is not available?
