PS4 wont connect to WiFi

I am trying to transfer my games from my ps4 to my ps5, but in order to do that I need to connect both consoles to the same WiFi internet. My ps5 connects perfectly fine, but my ps4 wont. I have tried restarting the playstation but it wont work. My family recently got a new internet, and my ps4 is connected to the old, even though its not active. Need help
