Hiquest Medicals scam

Was "recruited" by this phony company for a Data Entry remote job. They sent legitimate looking offer and I-9 and W-4, so I returned them. They started in by saying I needed to purchase expensive software and they would reimburse me. When I said I had no credit, they started saying they will pay off all my cards and wanted access to my cards and needed photo of me. Now I got it! Duh! Then they said they would pay me $150 for two assignments I wrote, but still insisted on photo. Do not fall for any of this. They have a legit looking website, but now I question it's legitimacy.
