Is it even possible to stay consistent?

So here is the deal:

I am a very experienced video editor, with content i edited for others making millions of views and exceeding the channels average viewers per video.

I know how to script catchy content, i know how to edit that content. I know how to make catchy thumbnails, and how to go into YouTube algorithm.

But here comes the biggest problem. I can’t stay consistent, even while having a fan base who wants me to come back. And no matter how important this all is to me.

I have 0 self mastery and consistency when it comes to youtube. So help?
