AITAH for thinking about breaking up with my girlfriend over this?

So me and my girlfriend of only 4 months have been going through rough patches recently, we had a pregnancy scare the first month we was together, and a couple more after that, we talked about it and how using no protection was irresponsible on both of our ends, she was suppose to get on birth control after the first but always makes the excuse that she don’t know how too contact a dr office to get out on birth control, I’ve tried to help and give her numbers to call, and she never has made an appointment, if she doesn’t want to get on birth control then that’s fine her body her choice, but I don’t want children right now, and she knows that I am very clear about that, well recently unprotected sex had happened again, and she texted saying she had baby fever, and I took this as an indicator she wants a child, and she also has said stuff like this in the past, she knows I don’t like talk about having children right now, I know it’s reckless on my part and hers also for having unprotected sex, but still it’s been 3 months and she has failed to hold up to her word and make a appointment for birth control, AITA?
