EPG Navigation Question

How do i get back to the livetv full-screen that's currently playing?

I start with being on a live Channel and hit back which brings up the EPG. I'll navigate around within the same category or to another category but now I want to exit the EPG without selecting any other show and go back to my original live TV that's still playing in the corner and go back to full screen. How do I go back to that full screen with a completely exiting out and going back?
