Possible muscle twitching in the Chest

I am a 24 year old Female that weights 290 at the moment (have been trying to lose with little success, but that's a different story). Know diagnosis is Anxiety, depression. I know I have acid reflux and before her practice shut down, my Dr suggested I may have a hiatal hernia. Blood work is mostly normal, high thyroid (5.5), high triglycerides (200) but normal cholesterol levels (HDL 47 LDL 63). Not prediabetic. I take hydroxyzine as needed, Metformin (for appetite suppression), pepcid, pantoprozel, desvenlafaxine, buspar, atrovastatin, and Hailey fe birth control.

I have recently been having some weird muscle twitching around my lower ribs on the left and below the sternum on the middle of the chest. It's on and off and doesn't cause pain, just twitching. I suspect it has something to do with GERD or Haital Hernia but I am worried it may be related to my heart. I am waiting to hear back from the GI to set up an appointment.

I just want some advice as to what it could be. I have health anxiety on a small scale so sorry for posting twice in like a week.
