Purpose is daily use, only lectures, study, storage, programming (Rstudio, Phyton), downloading and watching some series, use for family etc

Budget is 30k but can extend to 35k (Indian rupees)

I have samsung IPS display keyboard and mouse but the current cpu unit configurations are 2013-2014 era

Also in my current CPU I have 1TB SATA from local brand which I came to know can be attached to a Motherboard alongside new RAM and SSD
