Where can I get an old map of Pampanga especially in 18th to late 19th century?

I am looking for sources for my project and to trace my paternal ancestors. I tried to find the old map and even the national archives do not have an old maps from these centuries.

I searched the entire internet just to find the old maps and it has no availability and suggested me to search in through the archives, but when I came to the website and searched there was no availability.

18th century pampanga had still control to the whole Bataan and nueva ecija and Tarlac was still part of Pampanga and Pangasinan. 19th century Pampanga had lost its territories only the remaining of Tarlac but in the 1873, Tarlac was founded.
