Lateral interview question

I had an 3.5 hr lateral interview that ended with lunch with associates and was wondering if the lunch is also evaluated (associates asked to evaluate me as a candidate)? In addition, I would appreciate any insights as to how the partners evaluate a candidate (discuss candidates in a meeting or hiring partners evaluate written evaluations, etc). Thank you!!
